Shahsavan boys
October 22, 2006 , IRAN , ARDABILtwo Shahsavan boys riding in Hooshang Meydani, summer quarters of Shahsavan nomads in Meshginshahr, at the foot of Sabalan peak. The Shahsavan are a nomadic tribe located in northwest Iran near the Azerbaijan frontier. These Azeri-Turkish speaking Nomads migrate between their winter quarters, (gheshlagh), in the Mughan steppe of Azerbaijan, and their summer quarters, (Yeylaq), around Mount Sabalan, approximately one hundred fifty miles to the south.
